What's up with the wind???
Hold on to your hats today...LOL
A few weeks ago I made a Candy Holder Card and taught it in one of my classes. It was easy but...
I wanted to find a better way to create this little gift without all the work so....
I used my Quickutz Dies to create something similar.
The die I used is #REV0014.
I am sorry, you can just see it, but this is a double die set.
You get the pocket and the backing.
Here they are cut out....
You can see that the pocket gets cut and scored at the same time YAH!!
Here is how I put it all together...
I used foam tape (you need foam tape!) dots will not work, it needs
the support all up and down the side. Leave the bottom without the tape and use regular strong adhesive. I like Zip Dry!
You can see I glued the bottom with the Zip Dry and the foam tape sides
are ready to be adhered. (I also glued the pocket to the
wrong side....ha ha) You get the idea.
The foam tape allows the pocket to raise up a bit, so that you
can add your treats!!!
I used Card Stock for the pocket and Best Creations Glitter Paper
for the background.
The image is a Imaginisce Snag'em Stamp. I stamped the mug twice on Prism
Smooth White Paper with Black Memento Ink. I colored them in with my Copics
I used foam tape and layered the mug.
I used my Marvy Scallop Oval Punch to cut it out.
I added Red Stickles and Frost White Stickles to the marshmallows.
The sparkle flowers/gems are new from Prima!!! Super Cute!!! Easy!!
You get a lot of them in a little tin.
The "Merry Christmas" is a peg stamp from Tapestry, stamped and
cut out with a small round punch.
That is it folks!!!
I hope you like these as much as I do :-)
