Steampunk

Good morning folks

I have been busy working on my MFA but needed a bit of a break and created this....my version of Steampunk.

Thank you Graphic 45 for an awesome line of paper that inspired me....

 
I cut a tissue box in half for the holder and made chipboard cards that I decorated and left areas for photos.  Here are the cards inside the box

I used Steampunk paper from Graphic 45 and Tim Holtz items including paint for the chip board (color bottle), Die cuts for the tabs, metal items, and floral ribbon colored with Forrest Green and Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink.

 
The leather pieces are from my stash...they are Thickers from American Crafts, the flowers are Prima of course :-)
The tissue box was painted black and then covered with chip board pieces that were painted (color Bottle) and then paper was added to that.  The chip board was added to the front and the inside to make it a bit stronger.
Lots of layering and foam tape.
