Some "Birdy" Loves Me

It is a day late, but it is, MOJO Monday

I spent the day yesterday trying to get my laptop to last til Christmas!!

A wonderful person by the name of Patrick spent the morning with me trying to accomplish that task....phew!!

Thank You Patrick,you ROCK!!

It is like listening to a Doctor.....I did everything he said   LOL!

I am keeping my fingers crossed that it makes it. I need it for school power points!!!

Anyway onto MOJO Monday

here is the sketch

 

Here is my card

  

I used the new Jillibean Papers and Embellishments.

I started with Kiwi Green and Deep Blue Card Stock.  I added Jillibean Kraft Paper on top (this paper already had the white script print on it).

From there I added my strips matted once again with green/blue card stock.

I added a white strip on the bottom and then worked on the heart.

This is an Impression Obsession Stamp. I stamped it in Olive Memento Ink and Colored it in with my Copics E43, YG 63, TG67.  The little birds were colored in with a dot of water color.

I then cut it out with my Nestabilities Scallop Heart.  I also used the larger Scallop Heart for the blue matt behind it.  Foam tape was used in between for more pop.

 

I added some cool Jillibean twine and button. My sentiment, Impression Obsession Mini Messages, was stamped again in Memento Olive Ink and cut out with the smallest Nestabilities Scallop Heart, it is attached with a small pin

(I like how it moves around he he).

If you click on the photo a larger version will appear, you can see that I used Green Flower Soft and Lime Green Stickles to further decorate the leaves.

 

On the side view you can see how it all got layered.
