Good Morning Folks
I am in full swing getting ready for Christmas!!
I really enjoy making gifts for the season and here is my latest...
I started with a $1.00 paper mache box (you can get these at any craft store)
I layered the top lid with card stock and designer paper from K&Co.
I used a piece of chipboard under the designer paper.
The "mittens stamp" is a new stamp from Impression Obsession.
I stamped the image with Green Memento Ink
on Smooth Cream Prism Paper.
I then colored it in with my Copics
After coloring the mittens in I trimmed it out and used foam tape to adhere it to the box top.
I added Green Flower Soft, Stickles, and a Nestabilities Snowflake to finish the top off.
I am not crazy about the snowflake??
The sides of the box got more card stock and a heavy twine.
Now for the inside...
I made small matching cards.
The cards are 3 1/2 x 3 1/2. I used the same card stock and two
sizes of my Marvy Round Scallop Punch.
I added a square of Kraft Paper,
the Dot Paper is from Bo Bunny and the Patterned Paper is from K&Co.
You can click on any image to enlarge it.
The mittens on the top are from a clear stamp set from Impression Obsession.
I also stamped them with Green Memento Ink on Cream Smooth Prism.
I cut them out and glued the underneath one flat and raised the top mitten with foam tape.
I colored the mittens in slightly with my lightest copic pen and added
Lime Green Stickles.
I stamped the inside of the card with
..be evergreen..... from Stampendous
(sorry I forgot to take the photo)
I will definitely be making more of these!!!
all the product (except the box and K&Co. Paper)
can be found at

Speaking of which....I gotta get to work!!
Thank you for stopping by!!!
Have a great day!!
